Return Policy

We hope that you love all your purchases from Ivy and Linen Boutique. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return. 

Items purchased at a discount of 30% or more, Clearance Items and items in a SALE category are FINAL SALE. All Doorbusters Final Sale.

If you return a final sale item, there will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from your store credit. 

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, animal hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted. If an item is returned with any of these conditions, you are required to purchase a shipping label to have it returned back to you.

You may return online orders in-store or ship them back to us at 106A South Main Street, Booneville, MS 38829. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

If your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on a digital gift card, and the code will be sent to you. The gift card does not expire. 

We do not offer exchanges.

Damaged Items

Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at ivyandlinenboutique@gmail.com and forward photos of any damage. 

Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.
